Returns Policy
If you wish to return any products that you purchased from us, as long as they are returned within 14 days in the original packing unused in good condition, we will give you full credit for the value of the goods. All we ask is that you pay for the cost of returning them. If an item is faulty, it can of course be returned for full credit and we will bear the cost of the return by our carrier. Most of our products are supplied with a no quibble guarantee. Items that have been specially configured or custom built to your design cannot be returned for full credit although we will consider a partial credit where appropriate at our discretion. If you have any doubts as to which products cannot be credit, please ask our sales team for further clarification.
