PVC Insulated Twisted Pair Thermocouple Cable with Screen (105°C)
We supply 7/0.2mm and 13/0.2mm dia thermocouple cable in 25, 50, 100 or 200 metre lengths in either thermocouple types KX, KCB, TX, JX, NX, NC or RCA/SCA. Each conductor is insulated in heat resistant PVC, the cores are then twisted, screened with aluminium Mylar tape and then overall sheathed in heat resistant PVC. All conductors used (except for compensating cable) are made from the relevant thermocouple material and meets IEC 60584-1 Class 2 up to 105°C. The insulation material is colour coded to IEC 60584-3, as shown below.

Type KX extension cable: green outer sheath, green positive and white negative cores
Type KCB compensating cable: green outer sheath, green positive and white negative cores

Type NX extension cable: pink outer sheath, pink positive and white negative cores
Type NC compensating cable: pink outer sheath, pink positive and white negative cores
Type RCA/SCA compensating cable: orange outer sheath, orange positive and white negative cores
