Silicone Rubber Insulated Twisted Pair Thermocouple Cable with Screen (200°C)
We supply flame retardant silicone rubber cable with 16/0.2mm dia conductors in thermocouple type KX. Each conductor is insulated in flame retardant silicone rubber, the cores are then twisted, screened with aluminium Mylar® tape in contact throughout with a tinned copper drainwire and then overall sheathed in FR Silicone Rubber. The cable meets the requirements of IEC 60332.1 covering tests on cables under fire conditions. The insulation material is colour coded to IEC 60584-3 as shown below.
- Single pair, 16/0.2mm dia twisted, screened with aluminium Mylar® tape and overall sheathed construction
- Rated to -40°C to 200°C (or 250°C short term)
- Meets the requirements of IEC 60332.1 covering tests on cables under fire conditions
- Colour coded:-
Type KX green outer sheath, green positive and white negative cores
- Available in a variety of lengths
- Easy connection to our range of sensors via our range of connector systems or via the rear terminals on our range of indicators, controllers and programmers
