Stainless Steel Braided PVC Insulated Twisted Pair Thermocouple Cable with Screen (105°C)
We supply 7/0.2mm dia thermocouple cable in 25, 50, 100 or 200 metre lengths in either thermocouple types KX, KCB, TX, JX, NX or RCA/SCA. Each conductor is insulated in heat resistant PVC, the cores are then twisted, screened with aluminium Mylar tape, sheathed in heat resistant PVC and stainless steel braided overall. All conductors used (except for compensating cable) are made from the relevant thermocouple material and meets IEC 60584-1 Class 2 up to 105°C. The insulation material is colour coded to IEC 60584-3, as shown below.

Type KX extension cable: green outer sheath, green positive and white negative cores

Type NX extension cable: pink outer sheath, pink positive and white negative cores
Type RCA/SCA compensating cable: orange outer sheath, orange positive and white negative cores
