Silicone Rubber Insulated Twisted Pair Thermocouple Cable with Braided Screen (200°C)
We supply silicone rubber cable with 7/0.3mm dia
(Type N: 16/0.2mm) conductors in thermocouple cable types KX, KCB, TX, JX, NX or RCA/SCA. Each conductor is insulated in silicone rubber. The cores are then twisted, screened with Mylar® tape, nickel plated copper wire braided and then overall sheathed in silicone rubber. All conductors used (except for compensating cable) are made from the relevant thermocouple material and meets IEC 60584-1 Class 2 up to the maximum operating temperature of the insulating material. The insulation material is colour coded to IEC 60584-3 as shown below.
- Single pair, 7/0.3mm dia (Type N: 16/0.2mm) twisted, screened with Mylar® tape, Nickel plated Copper wire braided and overall sheathed construction
- Silicone Rubber rated to -40°C to 200°C (or 250°C short term)

Type JX black outer sheath, black positive and white negative cores
Type NX pink outer sheath, pink positive and white negative cores
Type RCA/SCA orange outer sheath, orange positive core and white neg. core
